Material Management
This module helps to monitor the stock information and current
stock position of the Raw Materials used for Production - Semi
Finished & Finished Products and to generate various Reports
which will be useful for analysis.
The main Components of this module are
Suppliers or Vendors, Quotations Received, Purchase Orders (placed
to vendors), Purchase Bills, Raw Materials, Stock (Raw Material
for Production) Production Departments, Contractors / Sub Contractors,
Quotations - Received from Vendors or Contractors / Sub Contractors,
Items (Finished Products), Purchase Orders (received against Quotations),
Stock (Inventory) of Items (Semi Finished / Finished Products),
Sales Bills etc.
Production
This Module monitors the Production process and Lists materials
(components or ingredients) required to produce an item. Multilevel
Bill of Material (BOM) also show subassemblies and their components.
Various costing methods are applied for the Raw Materials used
to produce items.
The main components of this module are
Bill of Material, Costing, Production, Quality Control.
